Adults and Seniors
Savvy Saints is an open group that meets once a month on the first Tuesday afternoon of the month from 1.30 – 3.30 p.m. Refreshments are served during that time. This group generally consists of older members of the parish, their relatives, friends, and neighbours.
We often have a speaker, or musician, or topical discussion during our time together. There are also opportunities for road trips. Recently the Savy Saints group visited the Ontario Christian Gleaners and learned about their operations.
Once a month the ladies of the parish gather for breakfast, fellowship time and share their hopes, their dreams and their struggles. They meet at Jack’s Restaurant usually around 9:00 am on the Second Tuesday of the month.
The Discovery Group meets each Tuesday evening for bible study rotating in each participant’s home. The evening begins with bible study before moving to a pot-luck meal and sharing more than a few laughs.
Fellowship and building a church family is extremely important for All Saints. This is reflected in our Dinner for 8 program. Couples and groups sign up, one couple offers to host a dinner party and a Christian formation program ensues around the table. Topics for discussion can be seasonal, surround upcoming decisions of the community in its mission and ministry or its upcoming building project.
